Mailing Address

Spain Office is located in Barcelona at the intersection of Gran Vía and Passeig de Gracia.

Spain Office provides a Mailing Address, which can be used as a business address for your business cards and letterheads, or as a private address for personal mail.

Weekly Mail Forwarding

Spain Office will receive all your mail, including small parcels and mail sent by courier. Spain Office provides Mail Forwarding every Thursday*.

Spain Office assumes the cost of all postal charges under 3€. Any time a charge is over 3€, including any requests to forward by express mail, we will apply these charges, at cost, to your following month's bill.

*If Thursday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day.
Dedicated Phone Line

With your Dedicated Phone Line, all calls will be transferred to your fixed line number or mobile number, no matter where you are in the world. Or, if you prefer, we can set up voice mail, in a number of languages. You listen to your messages when and from where you wish.

You will be charged for the redirected call as if the call had originated from our Barcelona office, based on the standard phone company rates. There is no extra charge if you choose the voice mail option.

Dedicated Phone Line will require a deposit equivalent to one month's fee. Allow 5 - 7 working days for your new phone number to be issued.

If you would like an additional Dedicated Phone Line, it will be charged at 25€ per month, with an additional deposit.
Dedicated Fax Line

With your Dedicated Fax Line, you can either redirect the line to your own fax machine, or we can receive the faxes for you, and send them on to you via email.

If you choose to redirect the line, you will be charged as per the Dedicated Phone Line.

All forwarding of fax documents will be done on working days only.

We forward up to 10 pages/month at no additional charge. Beyond that, we charge 0,50€ per page. Note that faxes are filtered so no junk faxes will be sent.
Meeting Room Facilities

Spain Office provides a meeting room comfortable for up to 6 people. Or, you may use an office room instead. WiFi is available in all our rooms.

All bookings are subject to availability. The more advance notice you give, the more likely that the meeting room will be available.
